Alleged Robber Hands Rose To Convenience Store Clerk
SANTE FE, N.M. -- An alleged armed robber with a romantic streak faces felony charges in Santa Fe.
Deputies said the man and two accomplices robbed a convenience store over the weekend. According to the sheriff's office, the alleged robber pointed a gun at the clerk, demanded money -- and then handed the clerk a rose as he left the store.
Deputies said they tracked down the getaway car within minutes.
