Not being a fisherman of that sort, do fishing boats normally travel that far? Remember the Alamo, and God Bless Texas...

Russians were lucky it was the Coast Guard and not the Arg Air Force ! Maybe they will get a fishing license next time......

They fish the world. They even have canning (packaging) mother ships that cruise with some fishing fleets.
