Is anyone else getting the "down for maintenance" screen when they try and go to arfcom or the jobrelatedstuff address???

I'm getting the "down for maintenance" screen on my computer at home, but it is fine here at work. I did a full system scan last night, but that didn't help. This sucks!

I get the "down for maintenance" at work, but if I use my favorites and click in that way I get in. Go figure.

I've tried getting in a home through both favorites and directly, but neither works.

I cleared my cache and everything. Didn't work, but then the next day...fine...not sure why.
