I am not a cigar smoker, but they seem like they would be somewhat rough to inhale? I guess I should expect some Bill Clinton inhaling jokes...

Not.. really. But it mainly depends on the smoker and what sort of cigar you are smoking. But no, its never a full on inhale like with a cigarette.

Like a pipe, the best way to enjoy the smoke is to build a nice blue cloud of it, then just kind of smell it.

I did for years. Wayyyyy back when, I'd smoke them big nasty ones while standing a bridge watch underway in a heavy sea and make everybody on the bridge team hate me...except the Bos'ns mate of the watch. Nothing made him sick. He loved it. I admit it...a bad night on the midwatch in a bad gale in the North Atlantic in winter can be rather "uncomfortable".

It was a hoot though...and then it was my habit too. Guess the smoking lamp is out on Navy ships now. If I left a lit stogie in the ashtray in the wardroom...even if just for a sec...the messcooks would sneak in real fast and stub it out. Pissed me off...but I never caught the little shits.

Don't smoke any more...haven't smoked anything for about twenty years now.
