Cubed chicken breasts.




Coat in egg and crumb/breading mixture. Drink beer.




Bake at 400° for 15-18 minutes. Drink more beer.




Mmm. Golden brown and moist.




Add veggies, BBQ dipping sauce, stapler, firearms, reading material, etc. Have another beer.

Looks good, though I would add some Black Pepper, grated parmesan, and either italian seasoning or cajun spices to add some flavor to the breading.

I do that same thing but use a mixture of 50/50 ranch and italian dressing to coat the birds, then use Progresso Bread Crumbs.

Little Sweet Baby Rays....mmmm, mmmmm, good.

Parmesan cheese with some oregano and basil mixed in for the crumbly/crunchy part

Fry in peanut oil until golden brown

Yummy... even the kids like em!

looks good, I use a similar prep for my fried chicken recipe,

I use cajun seasoning insted of the bake mix. There are a few other seasonings added but that's most of it. Plus I fry my chicken, hot wings, tenders.

That sounds really good.

I don't have very good facilities for frying in oil. I need some sort of frying appliance. Everytime that I've tried to oil-fry on the range top, I make a royal freakin' mess of the whole kitchen.
