Maybe you should pay a shrink to listen to your problems.  I was watching "Monk" (I love that show) and I thought of this.  What kind of sad and pathetic person pays someone to listen to them whine and complain about their problems, trying to find a solution?  I know what my problems are.  I know how to correct them but choose not to at this time.  I don't need somebody to tell me what to do.  If you're going to a shrink then you obviously understand your problem.  If you're really crazy then you won't go to a shrink to begin with.  If you're going to a shrink you are simply looking for some sort of affirmation.  What a bunch of BS.  You are simply hiring somebody to listen to you complain.  Grow a pair and save a few bucks.  That's just my opinion.
BTW I have a Bachelor's in Psychology (one of the most worthless degrees ever invented).  And my wife has a Master's in Social Work with a focus on Clinical Psychology.  She has a coffee cup that says "Deal With It."

I thought I was crazy once, I kept hearing voices in my head... But, then I realized that I was just talking to myself, so everything is okay now.

The voices in my head keep me sane

(and no, before someone whose sarcasm detector is broken comes in and ruins it, I do not REALLY hear voices )

I went to relationship counseling when I was 17.  What a waste of time.  My parents recommended I go after breaking up with a girl I had been dating for two years.

Turned out SHE was wacked and I was perfectly reasonable in my grievances.

She later went on to be a certified psycho in life.

true sometimes a person needs someone to talk to, but their was a time one might talk to someone like a priest. now since a cup of coffee cost five bucks, some feel they need a shrink and some type of meds. why is society so over medicated?

as for the other team member who said his x turned into a nut job

1- is she hot

2- can i have her number

I love that bumper sticker: "I do what the voices in my wife's head tell me"

The obvious question is:

How the hell can you have a bachelors in psychology and just now be figuring this out?

My problem has always been defining "fucked in the head".
