They were never in short supply around here. They got expensive as hell, but you could always find them. Price has moderated a bit, but has a ways to go.

But we never ran out. Not even close.

they have them here locally, were on the shelf for a few days last i heard they were still there.
i think maybe 1-200$ more than what they were priced before.
ammo not so much...

Certain components are for sure still in short supply. Seen any bolt carrier groups lately?

There are quite a few local at about $200 more than pre-panic prices. I am not going to start gushing about a 1K, Bushmaster with no sights, but as you said if you need /want the are outer there

X2 in Okla. Bushmasters are readily available for $999. Ammo still scarce, but getting a little better. When you find ammo, it is usually $0.75 per round, however I scored a box of Federal 420 count for $164 last week.

Pretty much sums up Ohio as well. Haven't seen a large scale return of common calibers answer what shows up is gone quickly. I found some powder and. 22lr today.

Same here in VA, except you cant find any of the common ammo no 9mm, .45, .223, .308, .22 etc.
