It's a large blue stamp with what appears to be Arabic writing. My Arabic is a little rusty or I would have translated it...

The Eid stamp was first issued in the 34-cent version on 01 Sep 01. It was reissued in the 37-cent version in Oct 02.

It has been beat to death on ARFcom since the day it was first issued, and is nothing new.

The stamp commemorates Eid-al-Fitr, the end of Ramadan.
