Dayumn, was that a tango flying at the 1 min mark?

What were those round spheres that seemed unphased by the cannons in the first part?

Freaking cool. They were chucking hellfires kinda close in

We were watching some live feeds a few weeks ago. On chat, you could follow what was happening....but watching the feed you'd see several guys walking up to the tank while the round was enroute. apparently the hellfire is loud when it comes straight down on its attack, b/c those guys that were walking up to (and one got on) took off literally half a second before impact. Neither them nor the tank fared too well  Watched both rounds kill two tanks...then a JDAM hit a third.

Our guys are doing great work over there....so is the coalition when they can get off their asses.

Jeezus, those guys are taking some really short range Hellfire shots.  Why not use the standoff the weapon gives you?  It appears to be open terrain, those dudes are meat for a halfway trained dude with an Sa14/16.

Looks like one of the British Apaches that are flying missions from a Royal Navy helicopter carrier.

Yup. Our Army Air Corps guys getting some trigger time in, no doubt.

Al Qaeda's involvement is rather minimal and I rather doubt they have anything to do with such things; the rebel leadership generally distrusts them, which is quite understandable.
