Is anything sacred anymore?
Is there any end to the nut jobs? With the Toon p0rn and BushmasterGuy77's Hatchet VS Genitals video link (thanks man  ), I'm starting to think the Web has gone totally nutso. This stuff is way beyond "tub girl" folks. I mean, everything ain't bolted down, out past Pluto, two cans short of a six pack,....WHACK-O Is there anything on the Net that hasn't been used as a perverted fantasy? Is there a limit for the gonzo nut-jobs? |

 The Internet has always been a place for the fringe to congregate. Be glad these freaks hang in chat rooms and arent renting out the local volunteer firehouse for gatherings in your neighborhood! Better to be in mom & dads basement, posting from their computer in the dark.

If the internet has done ANYTHING for me, it has confirmed how normal and sane I really am, and how totally fucked-up many others are.
Generally throughout the course of the day, the only thing I use my computer for is to check out a few car websites and gun websites. That's about it. In the 5 years I've had a computer, I've rarely if ever had any virus/trojan/hack related troubles. Seems most of the viruses seem to be located on all the smutty sites anyway... (how appropriate) On that note, I just spent the better part of two days trying to repair a co-workers computer at work. He somehow picked up some nasty trojan on one of those smut sites... Long story short, I eventually gave-up on trying to save his files and shifted to a "save the computer" mission. He had a Walmart computer that came with NO recovery disks. The recovery files were stored on a partition...which also became infected and rendered the CD drive inoperable too. I was forced to wipe the HDD clean and install a fresh operating system from scratch.  ... All because he was surfing someplace he shouldn't.

I've been on the web since '93-94(?) And the only time I got into any trouble is when that phony foreign music-hosting site came on line in the late 90's. I can't remember the name, but it's still around. |
