My mom got me a book of his when I was really little, and eventually the prints were framed. When I left Seattle in 1990, I had to leave them behind as I was travelling to Michigan by train.
 Both your pictures in the thread were in that book.

Frazetta'a artwork is great! I still have a bunch of Edgar Rice Burrough books for which he did the artwork.
Just hit google and found this amazing hoard of Frazetta pix. Amazing! www.die-einherjar.de/index.htm ETA Hard to choose, but this is has to be in my top 5 favorites.  |

Just so you know, in pre history days, when barbarians fought, fighting nude was not uncommon. Actualy fighting nude/partialy nude was not uncommon even after pre-history days.

Also one of my favorites and to the previous posts.... man not everything with "buns" has to be "ghey" unless your're that uncomfotable with youself.... geeez! And Im sure if we could we'd all be posting the wimmins stuff if it wasnt for the BOTD factor Also Frazzeta's the man and his artistic ability is second to none..(including his taste in women)

He is DA man! I have 3 posters of his on my walls. I got into his artwork after reading the Conan novels. My favorite is the One with a man on a horse That looks like a viking that is titled 'berserker'
 I have that one framed!. We need his artwork to inspire more of us modern day "Crusaders"  This is what "modern art" is supposed to be! not that degenerate shit from France or Euro-trash land!!!!!  ETA: HEE-HEE  i really like that one posted just above. But i have to ask, WTF is a Hot naked chick doing on the back of a French cavalrymans horse? Boy those frenchies idea of waging battle is really weird. Hey maybe it's meant as a distraction, you know all the enemies keep thier eyes on her ass rather than on the fight! And the frenchies are immune to this cause they are all teh ghey!

I seem to recall similar art but with a woman warrior used in a vodka ad. Don't know if it was Frazetta though. More Frazetta art here... www.wadhome.org/frazetta/paintings0009.html I heard he was a mentor to Boris Vallejo. I like his art too. |
