I just started training with kettle bells and am figuring out how to work them into my routine. What kind of routine do you do with kettle bells? How often? How many sets and of what exercises?

So far these things seem pretty amazing. (at least as amazing as a hunk of steel with a handle can be)

Thanks for any input

Getting back into them as we speak. Started my initial workout tonight and feel great for it. I can't believe I put them down for almost two years. A work injury at first was my excuse but now I am making myself into a Grevik again. My first try with kettlebells helped me lose 75 pounds over 4.5 months. Winter set in that year and it has not been the same. Gaining most of that weight back has motivated me to get going again. What I did tonight.

Swings 20x4 70lb
Snatches 10x4 each arm 53lb
Windmills 10x2 each arm 35lb
Loaded windmills 5x4 each arm 35 on top and 54 on bottom.
French press 10x2 35lb

Just starting back up. When I stopped at my peak I was doing 70lb double snatches like nothing. I was able to pound out almost 30 without stopping. I was approaching mutant with them. Man do I wish I had never stopped. Go to Dragondoor they are the best and they have a forum and a ton of articles about making your routine.
