I haven't seen or heard a peep on the rally in any news outlet. Either nobody showed up or its a conspiracy.
As far as taking weapons into DC, well that's just asking for trouble. |

Illegal searches? i doubt the cops had to search anything. a lot of Harley riders keep weapons visibly strapped to their bikes for bar fights, intimidate other bike clubs, etc... (hell they also work good to keep the vehicles off their ass. few people will tailgate someone with a 12 inch bowie knife on their bike). I was stationed in florida when on AD and we had thunder beach twice a year. it's a fairly large motorcycle event if you haven't heard of it. bowie knives, chains, clubs, etc... were all fairly common to see with some of the 'rougher' Harley riders. |

*switchblades were legalized the first of the month do you happen to have the literature on that? I clicked txinvestigators link and briefly scanned it but what I saw basically said "carrying an illegal knife is legal only when the person has a CHL and is carrying a concealed handgun". so it looked like it was okay to carry a switch blade as long as you also have a gun on you. |
