Problem is, I can't run becasue of a knee injury. ANy suggestions would be appreciated.

Grandman,my man.....recumbant bike if available,or maybe eucliptical running machine....I did'nt know how or what these things were till a few years ago I thought only the girls used those type machines,but they are both low impact and intense sweat producing machines.But coupled with a strong mindset you can do alot of other types of areobic exercises.Swimming comes to mind.STOP EATING 3 MEALS A DAY!you can/will LIVE onless___R_I_G_H_T!The "man" [;)]conditioned you to think you needed 3 meals a day!
