I just got "The Ten Thousand" by this author and so far it's pretty good. It's set in Classical Greece just after the Peloponesian War and is the story of a Greek soldier who finds himself fighting for the Persians as a mercenary. The writing style is very similar to Steven Pressfield.
The author has several other military novels set in the classical world so I'm hoping I continue to enjoy this one. I love finding a consistent author with several good books already published.
