I've been looking for IR laser modules on the net for a pet project. I've found a couple of vendors that manufacture the modules, but only sell in quantity. Anyone know where I can find modes with the following specs:

TECHNICAL DATA

   * Index Guided MQW Structure

   * Wavelength: 808nm (Typ.) Or 840nm

   * Optical Power: 5mW CW

   * Threshold Current: 25mA (Typ.)

   * Standard Package: 5.6mm


I'm looling to pick up about 6.

Digi-Key sells laser modules, some IR, but I dunno about those exact specs: http://www.digikey.com/
