those three don't happen at the same time for video editors.
 Might try windows movie maker (free from M$...should be able to do what you want). |

+1 Version 2.5 is free. I liked the program so much that I paid for the upgrade to version 3.0. |

There's Avid FreeDV, and Windows Movie Maker comes with XP.

Excellent! Thanks! I just accomplished one task with it. It did resize a vid down from 640x480 to 352x240 and I can not find a setting to maintain the original size... I am gonna play with it more. Thanks! |
