Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - Anyone having trouble using PayPal?

In trying to send money to someone to pay for an A2 buttstock I won on eBay, I tried using PayPal, but that's proving unsuccessful. Anyone else having or had problems recently? I did see where they had a class-action lawsuit filed against them last week. Did that have anything to do with this? Or is it just me and my computer? TIA [?]

I tried this AM, site wouldn't display, heard a rumor here, that were shut down for illegal banking....

It seems to be working fine. They've had connection problems ever since I've been using them. At some point in the process it will just conk-out.
