I finally got a bluetooth adapter so I could back up my phone to my pc
it's an older nokia but the ovi suite said it was compatible
it was and I backed up my phone data

but now I can't play videos in either windows media player or media player classic. only changes were the bluetooth adapter drivers and ovi
a google result points to it being ovi
