Why not use Outlook as calendar? ;)
I think I know what you want. The days of the month on one axis, and the hours worked entered under each day, and a summary of how many hours you worked that month, right?

I can write you one really quick, if that's what you want.

MS Works (which most computers come with) has a calendar wizard. Or do you specifically need Excel?

If its not Excel or Powerpoint, no one here knows what to do with it...

I remember either Excel or Powerpoint having a very good calendar wizard.  The template either came with the software, or when you clicked on it it went to the microsoft site to get it.

Create a new file, and when picking the type, search the menus for a template choice, one of which will start the calendar wizard, and in a few clicks, you can have a bunch of different calendars.

Here's a simple calendar:

let me know when you have it so I can delete my copy.

Would you like me to e-mail the Excel file to you so you can work in the actual details, or shall I fill in the real data?

Edit: Well, I'm going to bed now. E-mail or message me at k98mauser@hotmail.com tomorrow.

Edit 2: Here, now /this/ is almost perfect.

Let me know the actual names and tasks and how they are divided, and if you want Mon thru Fri/Sat instead. Or any other edits. Obviously I can't customize it to perfection without knowing exactly what's supposed to be in there.
Good night :)
