I have noticed them connected to my PC when I do a 'netstat'

The IP address for the site is 208.35.24.165 and it is registered to some
ISP in Arizona called: CANYON COUNTRY COMMUNICATIONS

Anyone here no who this is, or why the hell they are trying to get inside my computer?
I had a spyware issue earlier today and I am wondering if this is just additional fallout from it.

Cant find anything about them good or bad... Just block em at the firewall and not worry..... Only advise I can give for now.
