I'm all for legalizing drugs, but I don't think society could handle it at this point in time. Too little personal responsibility. Things may change, that or a gradual legalization. This is why meth should be taken in pill form

Are you kidding me? I have NEVER laughed so hard in my life on a website. Blame my husband...he got me going on this thing. I was always hearing him busting out laughing on the computer, so I had to get on. Though, I had started because of bullcrap that happened with the Po Po in our town. We all have to take our turns anesthetizing tweakers on "dental rehab day." That pic on page 1 is pretty tame compared to some of the disasters rolling through. The smell emanating from some of these mouths is enough to make you see through time. Dante was wrong - there are more than 7 circles of Hell. We wanted to put a sign over the dental OR door saying "Abandon hope, all ye who enter in here" but the administration wouldn't let us. |

 Thanks. Your creative use of 'ol chomper as a can opener was the inspiration for that thought. Once I stopped the uncontrollable laughter from reading your post, it came as a natural progression. I then got the mental picture of meth mouth being used as a paper punch (imagine a stapler - insert paper & bash the top with all possible force - a sproiing sound as the head recoils). Well, punching paper got boring, so I imagined other things... food items. It was a Gallagher show in my mind, and corn was a natural. It's time to put away the 100oz mug of diet Mt Dew & go to bed. For tweakers with methmouth, toothbrush (not teethbrush) really is the right term. Do you think the tooth fairy pays up in dime bags? |

I have never done meth, never plan to, i hate things that make you "hyper". BUT you know what? I don tbelive any of the things people say about drugs. Why? cause so much bullshit and lies have been told by the anti-drug people that i just dont belive a single thing they say. A case of crying wolf one too many times i guess. to me this is just "marijuana madness" all over again. are there people who look like shit after binging on meth? Yeah i guess. But guess what, i know plenty of people that look like that, it's called homeless bums. just being homeless and not seeing a dentist can fuck your teeth up real bad. And then there are the winos, they look just as fucked up. Heres an idea, why dont we ban alcohol and homelessness, that'll fix them bums fo sho'. anyone hear about that "dungeon rapist" in north carolina? he was a convicted rapist and was let out with only half his time served. Gotta make room dont you know! gotta make room for the toothless bums, so let out the rapists and murderers early.

You ever work LEO/EMT/medicine in an inner city or rural area full of meth-heads? I don't disagree that there are lots of scary bad folks out there who aren't drug users, but drugs are bad, mmmkay? I had my car broken into & cleaned out while parked next to a crack house. I've taken care of newborns addicted to crack and heroin, seen too many abused & neglected children, taken care of prostitutes who were beaten until death while turning a trick for drugs, and watched several people die of overdoses in front of my eyes. I've been threatened by drug dealers in trauma bays, and that's just working in medicine. Ask my friends in LEO what they see every day that doesn't make it to the hospital, then tell me drugs aren't bad. But they, along with alcohol, tobacco, and stupid drivers, ensure my job security. |

I have personally seen many examples of people who have been fucked up by drugs. I do not deny that it can definately happen (and is very likely to happen, most people are weak). Somehow I still think drugs should be legalized. Why? Because I don't distinguish alcohol, tobbaco, and various prescription drugs from illegal street drugs. They are ALL drugs, and all of them can fuck up your mind and body. |

LSD, Mescaline, Marijuana, Shrooms, etc are the ones that offer the "joy" without the physical addiction. The others are pure physical addiction, and I see no joy in that. But then again, I'm not a drug addict, lol. Also, keep in mind that Ecstasy is simlar to meth, and is often doped with all kinds of other shit. Alcohol can kill you. Alcohol can make you paranoid. |

The freedom of never again having to take responsibility for your actions. You now get to claim status as a victim of your own (self-created) circumstances, and it's society's (and the government's) fault for not providing you with enough support. It really sucks to realize that I'm paying their hospital bill through taxes & higher insurance rates. By the way, it seems that a high tattoo-to-tooth ratio means you have a better chance of surviving trauma. For example (true stories): 75 y/o grandmother wearing seatbelt in a car wreck? DOA. 22 y/o meth mouth with multiple tattoos? Thrown from car in which he was the sole occupant. Found completely naked and unconscious 40 feet from the car, and walked out of the hospital. ETA: OK, that's enough serious stuff. Let's get back to the funny. |
