I've got a decent collection as I practically can here in the PRK (still need something in 5.56).

I am planning to get a AR-50 here shortly as a big "FU" to Arnold.

If the unthinkable happens I will be executing a crash plan to sell my house and get to "Free America" as fast as humanly possible before you-know-who can act against our rights.

If the worst happens it will be a mad rush of buying. A lot of us weren't paying close enough attention in '93-94.

If you don't have what you want it may be too late if we don't pull this one off.

Take care Master Chief.

My visa card has been cleared.

I'm eyeing that Armalite AR-10 with the collapsable stock and a dozen mags.

Several cases of hi-cap mags, and a pile of ammo in case
Mr. Tax Every Bullet wins.

I would definately add a .308 semi auto, and a .308 bolt before January.

As for Ammo, I bought some on Saturday, and I'll probably buy some more tomorrow.

Plus I a few rounds knocking around right now.

Tanner Gun Show is on Saturday!

Too bad the wife just bought new carpeting. I will buy ammo even though Ammoman already has 2K on order from me.

Are gun stores are closed before I even get out of work, so no.

Tomorrow's agenda - vote, pick up a purchase permit from the sheriff, pick up a Model 36 Smith from the funstore, then head in to work.

The timing of the permit was just coincidence, lets hope it's not symbolic.

Yes, but not enought to even put a dent in my "buy what you can before its too late" list. Totals about 400 bucks

What do you think you will want, that you dont already have? Unless it is for speculative investment, all you "need" is what you can carry.

i have 7,000$ saved up, and i think i will be picking up the following...
2-3K rounds of 7.62X39 ammo
1-3 AR-15 lowers to prevent being restricted by the sure to be created new gun laws.
1 FN five seven pistol, annother sure to be restricted firearm.
2000 rounds of 5.7 X 29mm ammo
possibly a benelli M4 or a mossberg 590... depending on if im feeling guilty about spending so much $ on the previous items.
odds are i will buy buy buy, thinking of them as investments, which they will be if skerry is elected

How many kids you got, FALARAK?

btw - your point is well taken, but you get my point too, right?

I already told the Fiancee, you'd better hope Bush wins... otherwise I'm spending EVERY extra penny on firearms. She doesn't think I'm serious....
Link Posted: 11/1/2004 6:29:56 PM EST
Actually either way im investing in more machine tools. Maby a CNC lathe and Mill. Or just DRO's
Link Posted: 11/1/2004 6:39:48 PM EST
If the unthinkable happens I'm going to get my modifications finished on my Bushy, get a DPMS or Bushy lower, CMMG upper, a second DPMS lower and a new 1911. That way I will have myself and my sons covered. If we all unclench tomorrow night, drink and are merry I will buy all the same but at a slower pace.
Link Posted: 11/1/2004 6:44:11 PM EST
Well, I have been holding out on buying at my mags until the prices go down, but I'll go and get gouged if Kerry gets elected. I think I'll spend about $300 on mags if he's elected... it's less of a risk than the stock market if he's the president. Though, I don't know about any bills getting passed within the next few months... we do have a Republican senate.
I will probably get another lower or two.

I have $600 saved up as of now, and I still only have a lower reciever and I ordered my M93A-R.

I can't get any more money for another few months, when I do, I'll be able to finish my build.

Guys - if you are serious.... Kerry getting elected cant change anything with a republican congress. All he can do is exec. order crap. That will affect imports..... not domestics. So stock up on russian ammo in non-domestic calibers, cheap AK's while they are around, AK mags, etc...

Personally, I aint stocking up on shit. We aint there yet, boys.
