watching Matthew McCougnaghey jump into the mouth of the dragon was pretty sweet.
Dragons and stuff. Christian Bale played a pussy. Matthew Mcblahblah played an ass kicker. It was like bizarro world. Dragons and EOTWAWKI. Awesome.
liked it
its a good "lets drink a 6 pack and watch a movie" movie |

I love pretty much all films that have post-apocalyptic themes.
The movie was alright but, it made for one of the worst video games ever.
Yeah, I like it.
Some months back, I caught the 2nd half of it and waited for the credits to see who the blond was ( Izabella Scorupco ) Yum-Yum I saw Matthew McConaughey's name it in there too I thought to myself " Who the hell was that fag playing ". I then stayed up to watch an encore later on to find out. Sheesh |

explain to me how anti-aircraft stuff did not work in the beginning and how units armed with quad ma-deuces and stuff couldn't kill them again???

The part of the 'dragon' legend that inspired a certain company to name a certain heavy POS body-armor vest after it... 'Impenetrable scale armor', et-al.... That's kind of like asking 'why do you need silver bullets to kill werewolves, and what's with vampires & wooden stakes?'... It's just part of the story.... |

Gerard Butler is in it too. He's Christian Bale's friend that gets killed when the big dragon attacks the castle.
Love that movie even though its kinda cheesy still love it. |
Worst movie I've ever seen, and a waste of a potentially epic plotline
It could've been an 11/10 on the awesome scale. Instead, it sucked balls. |
Yes, it's a stop down every time I surf past it. Seems like it's been on every movie channel on Directv the last two months.

A good popcorn flick. Over the top performance by Mccauneghahahahey, chewing up the scenery and all, but quite enjoyable. The physics/chemistry of the dragons is of course, completely impossible (how do you get energy from ash again?), but it did make for great visuals.
I had trouble understanding the dialog due to the accents and the cheap speakers on my TV. |

I love pretty much all films that have post-apocalyptic themes. Me too. The scene where they spot the convoy coming up the road, and all scramble to the "armory," grab firearms, then upend the ammo crate only to find about seven rounds....well, I had to buy another case of ammo from AIM because of that scene right there! Sure there were gaping holes in the plot, but it was a fun movie. Stay Safe, AGreyMan |

Quoted: Dragons and ..<snip>...EOTWAWKI. Awesome. Given those two elements I'm pretty forgiving about any shortcomings... |
I liked it. It's the only dragon flick I can tolerate
It's a movie, not a documentary. Some of you folks would bitch if they hung you with a new rope. |

"Everybody knows that a 3 strand twist is superior to a braid for hanging. The braid allows for too much stretching an springing. When they showed them using a synthetic diamond braid to hang that guy, and there wasn't any rebound when the gallows dropped, I turned the channel. Rubbish. Pure rubbish!" |

Yea, no shit. Everyone knows that real dragons eat meat Saw it for the first time tonight. MM actually played a pretty good bad ass. |
I watched the beginning of it bunches of times and would some times catch the end , was dating a goth chick at the time .......
Let's give this epic work of art the consideration it deserves.
I saw lots of similarities to Moby Dick. |
Liked it. Went to school with Gregg Chabot who is one of the writers. |
Quoted: Good FAL and other gun porn. It's in England, they're SLR's. And I liked the movie. |

Well put Dave Quoted: Quoted: explain to me how anti-aircraft stuff did not work in the beginning and how units armed with quad ma-deuces and stuff couldn't kill them again??? Because it's a movie? That's what I usually say to folks that say shit is unbelievable in movies I like the movie, but I missed out on seeing it in the theater because I was in boot camp. My brother wrote me a pretty good synopsis of the movie for me to read lol. |

I liked it. I'm a fan of far out post-apocalyptic stuff. Reign had a very unique apocalypse!
