Thanks.
The blue LP is all mahogany and heavily chambered inside. It weighs just six pounds and I built it as a gift for my then-13 year old nephew. How cool would that be for a 13 year old, to have your uncle make you your own customized Les Pau, with your initials inlaid on the headstock, and it's a fully
professional instrument with no shortcuts of any kind?
Everything's top quality. Schaller M6 machines, Gibson brand bridge and tailpiece, not knockoffs, Seymour Duncan JB bridge and '59 neck pickups. No shortcuts, no compromises. Just the best for this type of guitar.
Of all the ones I showed, the natural top 336 clone is the one that screams at me. Damn it, it's PERFECT. I made NO flaws and NO mistakes on that one. I've never achieved a more technically
perfect guitar yet but I've made others that were as good in that respect. But none look like THAT,
with that monster top.
The sunburst LP is the guitar I play the most. Gibson doesn't do a 'burst like that! Maybe they should, but it's a more labor-intensive burst that took five dye mixes to achieve and a lot of time
with a shader gun.
