Occasionally, I CCW with an OWB holster.  I'm a big fan of my Galco Silhouette High Ride and Cop 3 Slot holsters.  Of course, I have to wear a shirt long enough to cover them up, but that's usually not a problem as they ride pretty high.

Just curious what are some other good OWB CCW holsters that people use - preferably ones that carry the pistol high?

I've conceal carried my Beretta 92FS for temporary outings (not daily carry) in a comp-tac paddle holster, wearing a hoodie or jacket obviously. But it can be done with a quality holster.

I carry OWB in a Desantis pancake(SP101), Dillon "yaqui slide"(1911), or a El Paso Saddlery "Tortilla"(2.5" M66 S&W). 1911 is about the only gun slim enough to be comfortable for IWB for me.

Milt Sparks BN55, Colt Commander.

One of the advantages of living in Alaska is that for about 8 months of the year a light vest, jacket are warranted, and don't deserve a second look so OWB works well.

I carry a CZ75 Compact in a Kirkpatrick Undercover.  Very comfortable & conceals very well.  I've bought several of their holsters after this one.  One of which is Yaqui Slide for my 1911.

G22 in an Aker Flatsider.

Still doesn't conceal near as well as my M-TAC.  But the Aker is great for my pistol matches and going to/from when I wear a cover garment and around the house.

Normal day to day, IWB.

I CCW a Commander sized 1911 in a Kramer horsehide scabbard from time to time. It works well for me.

SERPA retention holster. The tip of my XD compact shows under a windbreaker or jacket, but most never notice. I wish the holster held the gun up a little higher. It would be much easier to hide under a jacket or untucked polo.

I don't even own an IWB holster.

+1  Same here.  I generally carry a G17, G23, P220, or P226 in a Serpa.  I spend much of my time in AZ, so it's no big deal if people notice a bulge, see the tip of a slide, or even see the whole thing.

Just picked up a serpa a couple weeks ago for my g26.  I had always carried IWB with my MTAC, but wear my serpa now whenever I have a coat on.  If I get warm and take my coat off I open carry and have a retention holster.
