I don't mind spending the money on quality gear, but really don't care for white-ish logos all over my black rifles. I end up blackening them up with a marker/ matte paint pen so that the laser engravings look more like a roll mark, than a billboard.
The ones that are rattle canned really don't matter. Does anyone else darken the logos on their gear to make them more inconspicuous? |

Yup, I hate color-fill logos. Got rid of my Spikes lower because I couldn't stand the red/white safety coloring.
Yeah like BCM?
They put their bright white logo on every possible part they can. |
Yup, there's lots of things I won't buy because I have no interest in being a walking billboard for companies that aren't paying me to advertise for them. Of course, it means I have to dress mostly in burlap bags and cardboard, but at least I have my principles.

Small logo... I am fine with that.
Large obnoxious... Spikes spider on receiver NO SO MUCH! |
If I'm going to spend all that money on tier 1 kit, I want people to know it dammit!

SLR Rifleworks = Good
Laser Engraved AND/OR Color Filled = Bad |

The Ruger 10/22 Takedown case looks a lot like a soft trumpet case. Sewing a music patch over the Ruger logo made it almost indistinguishable (apart from the MOLLE).

View Quote Milwaukee INKZALL construction marker judiciously applied would fix that right up! |

Birchwood Casey's Aluminum Black is your friend. Fixed that awful white billboard lettering on my M&P 22 Compact.

I didn't buy a BCM because of it, and I hate my surefire X400 because of it so I'm going to paint it.

But if your Bolt Carrier doesn't have a large laser marked logo on it showing through the ejection port how will people know whether you're Tier 1?

My somewhat custom-tailored Kevlar riding gear I asked to leave logo patches off (Motoport.) It is plain as can be. Had assholes point and laugh at intersections though for wearing hi-vis jacket.
Started de-badging my vehicles until discovered the holes left to deal with. Back to guns, my first PSA upper was a premium and don't have anything but some geometry shapes. Next couple had gaudy white paint logo. Not that they shoot bad, but wouldn't mind parting with them. |

Ever visit a ghetto? Those folks sport more logos than a stock car.

I don't like doing free advertising for manufacturers, so I remove all logos that are possible.
Exceptions would be sponsors (of course), or companies that have done me a really good turn...I could put in a couple of shameless plugs for them, but I think doing so would detract from my posting. There are only two gun companies, and one knife company I like enough to regularly make kind comments about... |

Hate logo's. Already paid for the product so why pay for the logo.
but how will people know how much i spent on my stuff without the logo?
I agree with this. Some are worse than others though, for sure. The "BCM" logo is one of my least favorites. I like their gear, but do not like their logo. It has definitely stopped me from buying their stuff in the past.
yeah, having logos on everything is getting really fuckin old.
costing me a lot in cerakote |

I don't mind small logos.
But having a giant logo.... Or, having an "obvious" logo.... Those things are irritating as all get out. As for stickers and logos? They all go on my reloading work bench. I and my family are the only ones to see them. |

I removed all of the sewn on pocket labels. I have the car dealership remove all of their gaudy ads from the vehicle before I take delivery. |
