I'm trying to figure out if there is any good way to keep a long gun in a vehicle. I don't want anyone to be able to see it even if I were to open the trunk. I'd perfer a way to lock it, but concealment is more important then quick access or rock solid hardware. I know that police interceptors have a variety of ways to keep their long guns secure, but what would ARFCOM recommend? I'm thinking Sedan with a decent trunk. I don't have a gun in mind. I imagine it will depend if its a underfolder AK, or a Shorty AR, or a 24" varminter or even a 32" 12ga. I'm just trying to see what's currently on the market.
