James gets first haircut in 10 years

Monday, January 1, 2007

A schoolboy has conquered a ten-year fear of the barber and had his 69cm (27in) hair chopped.

James Marshall, 12, has dodged haircuts since he was two. But taunts from other pupils made him pluck up the courage to have his mane cut into a David Beckham crop.

James, from Washington, Tyne and Wear, is pleased with the style but said: 'The back of my neck's a bit cold.'

It's a boy: James Marshall's very long hair before it was cut.

James Marshall, 12, has dodged haircuts since he was two. Because his parents are pushover idiots. Probably Democrats But taunts from other pupils made him pluck up the courage to have his mane cut into a David Beckham crop.
