Wifey is wanting to install a patio using pavers. I do not have the tools or know-how to get the base level and from my understanding this is the hardest part. I want to install the pavers myself with my own design, just want to make sure the base is professional.

What kinda price range am I looking at? The area is clear, was being used as a swing set play area, just dirt there now.
