I suspect China would rather not play. They are interested in our money.

I dont see what they would gain by alighning themselves with the Afghanis. There not exactly a stable bunch. After they kicked the Rusians out I dout China wants anything to do with them. There economy relies heavily on us and rusian trade. The afghanis got desart.
