I got the new style brace for $135 with free shopping at optics planet today. Might not be the best deal out there but I got it was the best I could find for no more than I looked.

Also it's really more than the $200 stamp when you add in the cost of getting the lower engraved, our PD charges for fingerprinting, picture taken, taking time off from work to go get the sheriff to sign off plus other assorted shit u have to deal with. Saying all that , I do have a stamp or two.

There's a thread here somewhere that spells out that a "shotgun pistol" builder has submitted their SG pistol with a sig brace attached to it to the ATF tech branch. The "shotgun wing of the tech branch" disagreed with the "AR Tech groups" opinion of the sig brace. I dont know if that discussion was speculation. Sorry, I have no additional info either. |
