I'm no docter but I do like to play it a lot. Looks like anthrax to me.

Big Toe, no known cure, 99% of the population have lived full lives with big toes (even as ugly as yours), chances are you will be fine.

Stop gnawing on it! Stop picking at it! Get some 120 grit sand paper and sand til the surface is even. Coat in Crazy Glue. Wrap in duct tape for three weeks. Wait til it falls off. No problem!

I really wasn't thinking of using a knife. A cabinet grade table saw is the tool of choice.[8D] Quick, and painless, for the first hour or so....... The voice of experience.

Looks like the hashed-up feet of a backpacker, whose (ill-fitting)boots permitted the toes to slide around till callouses formed.

ACS-- Only on one toe or more than one (one foot or both, all across the toe or just the inside/bottom)? Any itching, discoloration, drainage, etc. other than what my pretty bad monitor shows? Any changes in the nail? Any inciting event (stubbing it, freezing it, burning it, new shoe gear, etc)? Does it look like that all the time, or did you pick something off before you took the picture? Need more info rather than just a bad pic. No, I'm not a Dr, but I am in Podiatry School--e-mail me for more info. Nature Location Duration Onset Course Aggravating factors Treatment
