Well pretty much as the title says....  How are you dealing with the subpart "CC" and how are you dealing with the reaction from employers?  I am getting major pushback by my employer and their subsidiary.  I'm currently training for certification for my employer but looking to go out on my own..  I was hoping to see what others are charging and what kind of demand they are getting in other states.  We can keep this to PM if needed.

Also need some help with the "lift director"....  Can the operator carry that role or only the "site supervisor" (as per ASMEB30.5)
