My Ex-Girlfriend has FINALLY been converted into a Gun Lover after MONTHS and MONTHS and MONTHS of conversation (reversing Media-Biased brainwashing) about guns, statistics, facts, I managed to blackmail her into it... (I won't go into the blackmailing part, but it was my last resort) [:D]

So, we arrive at the range (Armored Fire - Circle Pines MN), sit down at a table.  Train her how to use the Kimber, and the rented Marlin Bolt .22 LR (Long Story).  She listened carefully, and then I showed her how to aim the guns after she knew the safety operation, etc...

After I thought she was ready, we went into the "lanes" for her first time.  There were two men there with AR15s.  [rolleyes]

Not that there's anything wrong with that, but when you're trying to convert an ANTI who's easily spooked like a rookie hunting dog...  Well, you get the picture...  I didn't take my AR15 with because I wanted her to get used to a .22 for a rifle, then a handgun.  We used the only handgun available THE KIMBER CUSTOM .45 1911A1!!! (My FAVORITE) [:D]

After she was shooting the .22, she showed progressive liking of that marlin.  She sits down, and *BANG* the loud AR fires (Her tiny body shook).  Then she turns around to walk out of the range.  I stopped her, and she agreed to sit down & learn more.  I put the gun in her hands & she naturally felt good with the .22 marlin.  We put her on the sandbags & I setup the target (human silhouette) at 35 yards on the zip-line.  She takes the safety off:

She takes aim, *BANG* goes the AR, *crack* goes the little .22 as she puts a whole downrange when her scared body shook.

She takes aim again.  Eases her breathing like I told her, and as she's going to shoot: *BANG* *BANG* *BANG* *BANG* *BANG* *BANG* *BANG* *BANG* *BANG* *BANG* *BANG* *BANG* *BANG* *BANG* *BANG* *BANG* *BANG* *BANG* *BANG* *BANG* *BANG* *BANG* *BANG* *BANG* *BANG* *BANG* *BANG* *BANG* *BANG* *BANG*

One of the AR15 guys bump-fires through a WHOLE 30 rounder!  SHE IS PISSED!  A tear runs down her face as she's shaking terribly.  [rolleyes]  I kept thinking this is NOT the best way to convert an ANTI.  [:D]

THE AR15 guys take a time-out for a couple smokes while leaving ALL THEIR GUNS at their LANE!  (No wonder you guys scream about range theft, some of you are not the brightest of flashlights).  We have some peace & quiet to shoot.  She puts one right throught the bullseye in the head!!! FIRST AIMED SHOT!!!  I congratulate her, and she's STILL PISSED about the bump-firing.  Here's that angry-shot:

Then she cracks a second shot throught the FIRST HOLE!  I tell her that's GREAT!  She puts a THIRD one through the SAME HOLE!  That's the FIRST time I've seen a newbie do that!!!  She finally lets off a small smirk:

Finally I see some enjoyment from her.  Then she goes through the first clip.  Then the second, then the third.  Then the fourth...  Finally she's REALLY enjoying it:

She said she likes the feel of a rifle MUCH better than a pistol, so she didn't even try the Kimber.  So I did (Sorry 'bout my ugly backside.  she didn't like the idea of taking a photo from beside me):

Then we paid & went home.  She had a good time overall, and she now hangs ALL her human silhouette targets (she shoots them when she has a bad day at work) on the walls in her apartment to piss off her roommate.  [^]

Hey, bud!  After a couple more mellow sessions, let HER try the bump and see how much fun it is!

A word from you to the idiots MAY have gotten them to take it easy.  I know I don't necessarily expect to find an Anti at the local range...  I also know that if asked, I will do anything I can to convert the uninitiated, and make it more pleasant for them.

I didn't foget your name.  Just couldn't fit all of it into the title/header.  Didn't think you'd take offense to its partial-use.  Sorry I didn't reply sooner, I was gone all weekend playing paintball in a huge tournament.  (I "Killed" 28 people, only got hit thrice too!)

I just meant that the womenz weren't Posing with the rifle, my exGF was shooting the weapon...  Did anyone get to view the pics?  I cannot seem to find how to post them as pix, because geocities sucks asz.

Hey guys, I finally got a website host that will actually allow outside links!!!  What do you know... it's the server for the website I'm creating:

The Second Amendment Armament Group at the University of Minnesota.  It's dedicated to educating the masses of sheeple, Converting ANTI's, organizing and paying for "Field Trips" [:D], training newbies & giving advice, and providing people with similar interests with a means of communication and information trade.
