You need to know if it is a gram-negative or gram-positive bacteria.

You could try a broad spectrum antibiotic, but it's a shot in the dark.

Dude.  Pour some peroxide or alcohol on it and call it a day.  If it turns green, black or becomes hot and red with puss, go to the doctor ASAP.  Otherwise, be well and god bless.h.gif
