Pathetic, looks pretty unsafe to me. FCK those polichickens for putting Kommiefornia postban M96 buyer's at risk. Now where's that double middle finger agif?
Pretty soon those FCKS will want you to shoot a rifle with one hand.[double middle finger!] I know what my weak hand will be doing.[middle finger] But a more important ? arises, can it be bump fired? I can see it now, a "Point Break" or "Heat" style bank robbery and the guy is using one of these. If I was inside the bank I would say, WTF???? |

Though a muzzle brake is used because flash suppressors are too dangerous. But at least it's available, no matter how pathetic. |

It's better than nothing.
And note you can own FALs in the same manner. Entreprise is still selling FALs in CA, minus the pistol grip. But in their case, they'll ship it to you in a separate shipment. Robinson won't even sell you the pistol grip, which is kind of stupid. |

Too bad the CA AWB doesn't have a sunset clause like the federal ban. Try putting a flash suppressor or a bayonet lug on a post-ban receiver. Same stupid principle.
Here's more stupidity... some guys in CA sew a pistol grip onto a shooting glove. It's not attached to the rifle so it's legal. But like mattja said, it's better than nothing. |

Unlike the federal assault weapon ban, which allows two "evil" assault weapon features, the California assault weapon ban allows only one "evil" feature. With the federal ban, you can have your detachable magazine and pistol grip and still be legal. With the California assault weapon ban, you can have either the pistol grip or the detachable magazine, but not both, or it becomes an illegal assault weapon. The way some people in California.... BTW, you can do the same thing with your postban AR15. Remove the pistol grip and you can legally attach a flash suppressor, and it does not have to be permanently pinned and welded either. |

You could get one of those new Kel-Tec rifles. Or an SKS if you want a 7.62x39. Actually, I hope they do add FALs, HKs, Robinson Arms, etc... to the "series" ban. Then the state would give you a time period to attach a pistol grip and make them normal looking before registering them, that is, if you want to register them at all. That's your decision. Your Second Amendment rights are inalienable, no matter what the state says. You guys in the so-called "free" states go ahead and put a preban upper on your postban lower and then talk to me about civil disobedience... Mmmmkay??? [:D] |

good reply BB, people on this site trip over each other to COMPLY with federal law, and piss themselves if someone did not.
but they are quick to turn around and shit on Kali members, remember all the "dont register" comments a couple years ago? why is robinson arms doing this? $MONEY$ simple fact is --kalif BUYS MORE GUNS than any other state, kalif BUYS MORE BLACK RIFLES than any other state. its real hard to be in the black rifle bidness withOUT kalif and without mil contracts. KBI inc, no longer doing much bidness in the US, why? KALIF IS 50% OF ITS SALES. tannery shop says majority of his sales is to Kalif. i bet robinson arms is struggling without kalif sales, so its either cut off the grip, or cut staff, or close the shop. which would YOU do ??? can it be bump-fired? dont need a grip to do that, so id say YES. century arms made that POS pump-AK, looooooong before any made it for sale into kalif, turners AFAIK has only been selling them for a few months, when century had them years ago. |

Hell, we know there are alot of good guy gun collectors in California. Got a buddy out your way that has one hell of a nice collection. The problem isn't you, it's the other people around you.
The double standards are hard for the rest of us to cope with. The average CA drives his car rather than use mass transit but won't allow drilling. Everyone has AC but doesn't want power plants. You have great lakes but for the most part can't boat or fish for you don't want pollution yet you can cut the air with a knife in LA. Alot of the wealth and wealthy live there but yet socialistic and communistic ideals abound. Most annoying is that you have the best countryside in the US for shooting yet are limited on what you can shoot. CA condemns tobbaco use while condoining pot. My head is spinning so I better stop. Toleration of a loss of feedom is just not as easily accepted in other parts of the country as it is in CA. |

Okay, I know everyone bashes California, but as a former resident, I say just chill.
Yes the have shitty gun laws. That is a given. But don't tell people to move. A man's home is his castle, and should be defended at all costs. Don't give up your home for silly laws. FIGHT to make it better. I know this isn't easy but moving out of your state because of these laws seems like giving up to me. |
