California Sen. Barbara Boxer refuses to say whether a newbornbaby is a human life. When Sen. Rick Santorum, R-Penn., asked her onthe Senate floor a few years ago whether she believed a baby born alivehas a constitutionally protected a right to live, Boxer was stuck foran answer.
