What the hell is that homemade contraption in the lower pic? Air powered? Looks like a libyan or syrian rebel thing-a-ma-crapper. The kind you need to take shelter for if someone around you is going to fire it. More dangerous to the shooter than the target.

That story took place in kuching, that's on the western side of east Malaysia, not in Brunei.
