TRANSLATION: Obviously I [the black woman] do NOT have a similar degree BUT I am still obviously in a superior postition than you.

I do not repsect your degree or the fact that you were hired for another position. I am in charge, you are just a white devil and you will do whatever I say. I might have you mop up when we are done here.

I am sick of the notion that a educated person would be subordinate to someone with a lesser education. Or the ridiculous notion that they are actually somehow 'smarter.'

Hell even of the reversal was 'also' promoted I wouldn't be as upset. But you sure as hell ain't never gonna see that.

The educated MBA would go to OCS and be of a much higher rank than the non educated (non OCS) specialists and she certainly wouldn't be fetching a 'officer' to help do KP.

And if said 'specialist' spoke in such a condescending manner to a 'officer' it would not turn out too well.

1. A Lt. IS more educated than a Sgt. with the EXCEPTION (and this is a huge one) of a combat expereinced Sgt. vs. a NEW Lt. My Brother is currendly a 2nd. Lt. but he bagan as a private and spent the last 6 years as a SSgt. Is he just a new dumbfuck butterbar?

2. When people go to college for 4-8 years, it is to get a degree so they don't have to do things like shipping. Are you honestly telling me that if you paid the time and money to get a degree for a better job that someone could actually come up to you and arbitrarily assign you to some flunkie position?

That MBA may not be smart enough to tie his shoes but he was smart enough to know he didn't want to work in the shipping department. He was also smart, lucky or rich enough to get a degree so he wouldn't have too.
