I did not see anywhere in that story where it said he was 82. It did say the victim was 52.

I remember a case where a 95 year old man tried to rape a woman.
They didn't charge him with rape, though. They charged him with ASSAULT WITH A DEAD WEAPON.

Yeah, CavVet wouldn't know Louis Nemnich's age unless CavVet actually IS Louis Nemnich. "Police have named Louis Nemnich as a person of interest in the case. "According to police, the suspect is an elderly white man, who is about five-feet-seven-inches tall and weighs about 170 pounds. "The suspect reportedly has blue eyes, thinning grey hair and no teeth; he was last seen wearing gold-framed glasses." Yep... sounds like the spitting image of CavVet.  |

I saw the story on the local news. I googled it and got 3 newst hits. 2 of them required signing up. This one didnt. Sorry for the attention to detail oversight. I knew the facts, and only shared the story. I will go to my room now, ashamed at my failures.
