Can anyone tell me any thing about this organization? Positive or negative? Just wanting to know if it is a worth it or not?

let me guess.... you received some mail from them recently?

I did, filed it in the trashcan. (I was not intererested for one reason or another). not to say it isn't worth it....

Was member for several years, bought several of their books and videos, enjoyed their magazine and used several of them to do trigger jobs on several handguns..... Moved and decided to drop membership because I was getting too many mags and didn't really intend to go into gunsmithing business.

No complaints, just some mag articles were beyond my gunsmithing abilities and skill, but most contained very helpful and informative gunsmithing techniques.

I thought it was worthwhile.  I subscribed for about three years, but they just finally got a little too irrelevant for me.  They had some good articles I found useful but way too many things like "How to make a trigger spring for a 1874 Lebel-Martini Musket out of a paper clip."

Edited to add:

you will probably be much better served for the same amount of money by purchasing the Brownell's Gunsmith Kinks book series.  Lots and lots of good info in them.
