Marked, unmarked, I don't care as long as they're Colt!

We are trading in our Colt 9mm SMG's in the VERY near future.  I know we have to trade in 2 mags per system, but not sure what we are doing with the rest of the mags.  Some of them are non-colt I know but alot ARE colt.  I'll have to see what we plan on doing with them.

QS  I recently ordered a 9MM AR from Steyr Aug, and have been looking all over for them, have not found ANY reasonable yet.  Someone told me to try Keislers in Jeffersonville, but I can't get their site to come up. If you happen across some, contact me after you get your fill, I need about 5 more on top of what I ordered from Steyr.

www.topglock.com  is the only place I've found them so far.  Still around $60 apiece.  Colt sure is proud of their stuff!

The part # for them on the site is CLTSP62858XX

I'll take a few, if you can help a fellow ARFer out.

Please advise me as well if you have spares.  Marked or unmarked is okay by me as I still live in a free state.

Thanks in advance,

uxb

QS:
Why not just buy a bunch of UZI mags at $11 a pop and have them converted?  I run those exclusively, and they work fine for me. Can't see shelling out $60+ apiece just to have the BHO feature.

And JoeBlack can convert UZI mags so that they do have the bolt hold open feature.  But once you factor that in you're now in the ballpark of just buying Colt mags to begin with.  It's a vicious cycle

I'm sure they run fine....I just want the damn thing to work like its supposed to.  I'm going to keep searching...cuz 50 fucking dollars for a single magazine is a no-go.

Gunbert & QS:

I don't remember what Joeblack quoted me to do the BHO mod to my converted Uzis; I wanna say it was $15.00 apiece? So if you figure $11 per mag + $10 to convert for AR (I can have this done locally) + $15 for the BHO mod, that's still only $36 per mag. Bump that against the price of factory Colt mags and you can still get 3 converted Uzis for the price of 2 Colts...

But being that I'm a cheapass and my 9mm AR is a "fun gun", I haven't yet been able to justify sending all 15 of my mags to Joe for modification.
