I've seen one in person once.  It's a miracle those things ever live to maturity. There's supposedly a protected herd of albino deer close to the Canada-US border I read about in some hunting magazine.  Unique looking animals.

There a few hundred on the Seneca Army Deopt here in upstate NY as well. If you google it they have some good pictures too.

Never saw one in the wild. Closest I've come was a piebald in W.Va about 20 years ago.
