In Non US countries, a Negro is acceptable usage for somebody from South African Roots.

Just saying.. I know where I come from, we dont call them African American.

He didn't really mean it, he only said it because his towel is wrapped too tight.  On a related topic, what will Air Force One pilots call the N1 tachometer now that they can't use the term N1?
