Maybe they couldn't nail to anything on the outside, so they were forced to nail them up on the inside?

we had a lot of people stealing plywood from homes of evacuees in Florida, this would prevent that at least ;p

I insulted an Aggie once. He said he was going to "cut me." Fortunately, when he pulled out his razor the battery was dead. Norelco, I think.

One of the Aggies here at work claimed it was to avoid screwing up the outside of the building. I told him concrete anchors are about a buck at home depot. |
