Marinated it for a couple days in some soy sauce (adds flavor and tenderizes it) 
All prepped for some STIR FRY 
Browning the deer meat w/ garlic 
added veggies and slow cooked the rest 
Cooked up some Brown Rice and put it all together.... 
Enjoy!!  I know I will
