If I tape a conversation between myself and another individual is it admissable in court? What about taking pictures of people doing wrong. Is that admissable also?

Depends on your state laws. Here you can record converstations so long as least one person engaged in the conversation know it's being taped. Setting up a taperecorder in a room and then leaving, recording the conversation of others is against the law.

I googled it and found it out. As long as you are a participant you are good to go. Thanks.

FYI, wiretapping is a very complex issue and has both federal and state laws which govern it.  You really need a lawyer if you want to answer this, google just won't cut it.
