inevitable.. i knew this was coming... only thing that is structured to respond to trully big national emergenices is military. has logistics, training and when the big guy says go, the little guys dont stand around and ask for another 24 hours to consider the problems....

is all part of the bigger plan.. people want instant responses, instant assurances and get upset with the locals cant handle it the big boys gonna fill the gap..

just history following an age old pattern....
