Is there a place here that explains all the abbreviations used, such as FTF, or FFL athough i think that means Federal Firearm Licence. I don't really have the lingo down yet. Was on the look out for a 1911. Do FFL's charge to recieve something for you? Any help would be gretly appreciated. Thanks!

ETA: Yes, they typically charge to receive a firearm from someone and transfer it to you.
